Dragon Rolls are quite popular all around the US but they also come differently; some places use BBQ eel inside or on top. We use shrimp tempura inside and top it off with thinly sliced avocado.

We did this before but our angle wasn't very good at all; hopefully you'll be able to see how it's done here much better. Note: the tomato wasn't that ripe so it the flower wasn't formed that well, so be sure to pick a ripe tomato to make the job much easier. Have fun!

From the Atlantic Ocean to our cutting board in just hours, this is as fresh as tuna gets. Our Monster Roll that we came up with when we first opened over 5 years ago encompasses 5 monster sized 13-15 shrimp; 2 of them are prepared tempura style and 3 are prepared by boiling them. If you're a fan of shrimp, this roll is what dreams are made of.
