"Dark Eyes" is a Russian song. Written by a Ukrainian poet and writer Yevhen Hrebinda. Music by Florian Hermann. First published in 1843. Used as the main theme for the TV mini-series "The Mystery of Natalie Wood", a biopic about the actress Natalie Wood (1938-1981). "Dark Eyes" also has been featured in various films, as follows: Wonder Bar (1934); My Man Godfrey (1936); On the Avenue (1937); Shall We Dance (1937); Never Give A Sucker An Even Break (1941); Dark Eyes (1987) ; and, Chocolat (2000).
101 Strings Orchestra was a brand for a highly successful easy listening symphonic music organization, with a discography exceeding a hundred albums and a creative lifetime of roughly thirty years beginning in 1957. 101 Strings had a trademark sound, focusing on melody with a laid-back ambiance, most often featuring strings. The 101 Strings Orchestra performs Jelly Roll Morton's "King Porter Stomp," composed about 1904-1905. In 1935, Benny Goodman and his orchestra recorded Fletcher Henderson's arrangement of the number, which became a huge hit, becoming a standard of the Big Band era.

"Moonlight in Vermont" is a popular song about the U.S. state of Vermont, written by John Blackburn and Karl Suessdorf and published in 1943.

The lyrics are unusual in that they do not rhyme. John Blackburn, the lyricist, has been quoted as saying, "After completing the first 12 bars of the lyric, I realized there was no rhyme and then said to Karl, 'Let's follow the pattern of no rhyme throughout the song. It seemed right.'"
